Itinerary

Upon your arrival in Hanoi, proceed with immigration and visa on arrival procedures at the airport. Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport to transfer you to the pre-booked hotel.
After completing the check-in process at the hotel, you'll have the opportunity to explore Vietnam's capital city.
Enjoy some leisure time to wander around the Old Quarter and immerse yourself in the vibrant local life. With its narrow streets and bustling businesses, the Old Quarter offers plenty of photo opportunities. Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Hanoi before being picked up by our friendly guide for a journey to Ninh Binh province. Along the way, you'll have a short break to relax.
Upon reaching Ninh Binh after approximately 2 hours, you'll visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010. Here, you'll learn about Vietnamese history during the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties.
Midday, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, sampling a variety of traditional dishes. Then, embark on a 1.5-hour bamboo boat ride to explore Tam Coc, also known as "Halong Bay on land," due to its stunning landscape of rice fields, rivers, caves, and limestone formations.
Following the boat ride, enjoy a 45-minute cycling tour around the village to experience local life firsthand. Then, proceed to Mua Cave (Dancing Cave), where you'll climb nearly 500 steps to reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain for a breathtaking panoramic view of Tam Coc.
After the tour, return to Hanoi and be dropped off at your hotel in the Old Quarter.

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at your hotel before embarking on an exciting excursion to Halong Bay.
Travel through the Red River Delta, observing the daily life of Vietnamese villagers. Upon arrival in Halong, board a luxurious cruise ship and receive a warm welcome from the crew.
In the afternoon, explore hidden gems scattered throughout Halong Bay, including captivating caves, pristine beaches, floating villages, and unique rock formations emerging from the emerald waters.
Enjoy a delicious lunch onboard and leisure time, with optional activities such as a cooking demonstration or simply relaxing on the sundeck.
As the sun sets, marvel at the stunning colors painting the sky while enjoying dinner onboard.
Stay overnight on the cruise ship amidst the tranquil waters of Halong Bay.

Wake up early to witness the mesmerizing sunrise over Halong Bay and participate in a Tai Chi session on the sundeck.
After breakfast, continue exploring Halong Bay, discovering its numerous islets, caves, and beaches.
Return to Hanoi around 4:00 PM, where you'll have time to freshen up and enjoy dinner before boarding an overnight train to Sapa at 10:00 PM.

Meet our driver at Lao Cai Train Station and journey to the enchanting town of Sapa.
After checking in at the hotel or homestay, embark on a trek through the picturesque Muong Hoa Valley to Y Linh Ho village, home to the Black H'mong people. Continue to Lao Chai village for lunch and then trek to Ta Van village, inhabited by the Tay minority.
Return to Sapa town in the afternoon, where you can explore the vibrant market and overnight.

After breakfast, explore Cat Cat village, home to the Black H'mong community, and enjoy breathtaking views of waterfalls and rice fields.
Return to Hanoi by bus in the afternoon, arriving around 8:00 PM.

Policies

The customer receives the payment confirmation receipt via email within 15 minutes of successful booking.
The confirmation voucher will be released via email in less than 48 hours after customers making deposit.
To confirm the booking, 30% deposit of total tour cose will be required (not applied for prepaid service such as flight tickets, train tickets, early bird rate, etc). The remaining balance will need to be paid on the starting day of the tour.

Booking and Payment Policies:

If cancellation are made 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 75.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policies

After the final programs were confirmed from both sides, V.I.T Travel has the right to refuse all the change from the customers. To support for the customers, we will apply the policy below:
If the changes are made 15 days before travel date, Lily's travel will charge no changing fee and send back the customers the final itinerary
If the changes are made less than 15 days before the travel date, V.I.T Travel has the right to refuse to change. Customers will need to pay the extra for any fees that caused by these changes.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for this company. They have made my 5 week trip to Vietnam stressless with a fun packed itinerary . We are a group of four Spanish friends traveling Vietnam. Nhai was so helpful with us, not only getting us a Ha Long’s cruise more cheaper than the others passenger, but also by taking in consideration our needs, as we were traveling through North Vietnam. She even help us get our laundry done while we were in the cruise. And she was helping us through WhatsApp, reminding us our schedule and other services.
I also have to thank how incredibly friendly and nice she was. When we went back to the office after the cruise she was still wanting to know how our experience went and what’s next in our travel!

I don't often write reviews however, Dung provided a service that went above and beyond. I booked a trip to Ha Long Bay, but was staying away from the main departure points in the old town. Dung arranged a taxi to pick me up at the hotel and her colleague was there upon my return to book one back. The trip was as described and the boat was to a high standard with a great buffet lunch. It was however after the trip that Dung really helped me out. For some reason I couldn't check in online for my flight on Vietjet to Saigon. I couldn't get in touch with anyone to sort it out. I asked Dung if she could help. She got in touch with the airline and let me know all was fine and I just needed to check in at the airport. She also helped out when I got in a further pickle on my return flight to the UK. Without Dung and VIT Travel particularly in respect of the internal flight I would have struggled to leave Hanoi as planned. So basically not just a travel agent selling you tours but one that in my opinion provides a great service. Great that there are still those that go the extra mile. Happy customers are repeat customers and should I return to Vietnam I will definitely be in touch.
